BLUEVIBESOUND

Last Updated: September 15, 2026

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how A-Z SPECTRUM LTD (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, stores, shares and protects personal information when you access or use BlueVibeSound, available at bluevibesound.com.

For applicable UK data protection law, A-Z SPECTRUM LTD is the controller of the personal data described in this Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy should be read together with our Terms of Service and Payment Terms.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect information that you provide directly to us, including your name, email address, account details, billing information, country or region, support communications and other information you choose to provide.

When you make a payment, our payment service providers may process your card, bank or other payment details. We may receive transaction-related information such as payment status, payment method type, transaction identifier, billing country and limited payment metadata. We do not necessarily receive or store complete payment-card details.

We also process information relating to your Platform activity, including your balance, purchases, purchase history, downloads, shopping-cart activity, saved products, searches, Sample previews and interactions with Platform features.

3. How We Use Personal Data

We use personal data to provide and operate the Platform, create and administer accounts, authenticate users, maintain balances, process purchases, provide access to purchased Samples, maintain purchase and licensing records, provide customer support and communicate with you about your account or transactions.

We may also use personal data to maintain the security of the Platform, prevent fraud and unauthorised transactions, investigate abuse, enforce our Terms, resolve disputes and protect our legal rights.

We analyse Platform usage to understand how users interact with our catalogue and services, diagnose technical issues, improve search and product functionality, develop new features and improve the user experience.

Where permitted by law, we may use information to send you news, product updates, new-release announcements, promotions and other marketing communications.

We may also process information where necessary to comply with legal, accounting, tax, regulatory or law-enforcement obligations.

4. Payments and Transactions

Payments used to purchase Blues may be processed by third-party payment providers.

These providers may independently collect and process payment information under their own privacy notices and legal obligations.

We may maintain records showing the amount paid, Blues purchased, Blues spent, products purchased, transaction identifiers, refund information, chargeback information and related account activity.

These records are used to fulfil transactions, maintain accurate balances, provide proof of purchases and licences, handle disputes and refunds, prevent fraud and comply with accounting and legal obligations.

5. Sample and Purchase History

We may retain a history of Samples and products purchased through your account.

This information allows us to provide access to your library, verify that you obtained a particular Sample lawfully, respond to licensing questions and provide transaction history.

Purchase records may continue to be retained after account closure where necessary to comply with legal obligations or establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

6. International Data Transfers

Some of our service providers may process personal data outside the United Kingdom.

Where a restricted international transfer is made, we will use a lawful transfer mechanism as required by applicable UK data protection law.

Depending on the destination and provider, this may include UK adequacy regulations, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, the UK Addendum to approved standard contractual clauses or another legally recognised safeguard.

Where required, we also assess whether additional measures are appropriate to protect transferred personal data.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected and to meet applicable legal requirements.

Account information is generally retained for the period during which your account remains active and for a reasonable period afterwards where necessary for account administration, security, dispute handling or legal claims.

Purchase and licensing records may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to establish that a Sample was lawfully licensed and to respond to future rights or licensing disputes.

Security and technical logs are normally retained for shorter periods unless they are required in connection with an investigation, dispute or security incident.

8. Data Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure or access.

Measures may include access controls, authentication controls, encryption in transit, monitoring, backups and restrictions on staff and service-provider access.

No internet-based system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law and any relevant exemptions, you may have the right to request access to personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate information, request deletion of information, request restriction of processing, object to certain processing and receive certain information in a portable format.

You may also withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

We may need to verify your identity before responding to a rights request.

We will respond within the period required by applicable law.

10. Children

The Platform is not intended to allow children to make purchases independently.

If you are under 18, use of the Platform and any purchase should take place only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

We do not knowingly seek to collect personal data from children in circumstances where doing so would be unlawful.

If you believe that a child has provided personal data to us inappropriately, please contact us.

11. Account Closure

You may request closure of your account by using any account controls made available to you or by contacting [email protected].

Closing an account does not necessarily result in immediate deletion of all associated information.

We may retain information where required for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, licensing, dispute-resolution or other legitimate purposes.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the Platform, our processing activities or applicable law.

The current version will be published on the Platform with an updated revision date.

Where required by law, we will provide additional notice of material changes.

13. Complaints

If you have concerns about how we process personal data, please contact us first so that we can try to resolve the matter.

You also have the right to make a complaint to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (“ICO”) where UK data protection law applies.
